1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Jakub Literski, trading as Literski Marketing & Technology, Bydgoszcz, Poland. You can reach us at info@literski.org.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form, plus the standard server logs our host keeps to serve the site securely.

• Enquiry form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, the areas you want to improve and your message.
• Server logs: IP address, browser type and time of request, kept by our host to deliver the site and prevent abuse.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and take steps towards working together, which is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Running and securing the website is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). Where you tick the consent box, that is Article 6(1)(a) and you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who else sees it

Enquiries are received and stored by our host, Netlify, Inc., acting on our behalf. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under safeguards the GDPR recognises, including standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data, and we do not load advertising or analytics trackers.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months, unless a contract or the law requires otherwise.

6. Cookies

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner. If that ever changes you will be asked first and this page will say what is set and why.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the data we hold about you,
• correct it if it is wrong,
• delete it,
• restrict or stop how we use it,
• send it to you in a portable format,
• and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what we did before.

8. Complaints

If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first at info@literski.org. You also have the right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
